It’s time for another edition of Fitness Movement, where we bring you a weekly opportunity to workout with others because movement is life. This week's workout is straight forward: perform sprints for reps followed by the given ab exercise to build great explosive strength and endurance. Grab your water bottle, lace up your running shoes, and let’s get to work!

Abs and sprints

30 seconds sprint/ 5 second rest- (complete this 10 times)

Seated clocks: 3 sets of 20 in each direction.

20 seconds sprint/ 20 seconds rest- (complete this 5 times)

Seated frogs: 3 sets of 15 reps

40 seconds sprint/ 10 seconds rest- (complete 3 times)

Jack-knifes: 3 sets of 20 reps
